Air Drying F Class Varnish

‘MRO 1006 – RED INSULATION VARNISH KOTE’ provides a tough industrial strength oil and waterproof coating to insulate electrical equipment and components. Penetrates, coats, insulates & seals in one step. It is thermal rated class F air drying varnish with outstanding adhesion to a variety of surfaces. Enhances electrical equipment life spans, prevents failures breakdowns & “IR” value droppages. Restores “IR” values, “in-situ” allowing motor operation till a suitable shutdown.

Imp. Note: For the Best Enhancing of “IR” values, removal of already penetrated moisture (Via Heat Lamps / MRO 1024 – H2O Displazer & MRO 1004 – Electrik Motor Kleaner) is first necessary.

Caution

Contains flammable solvents. Do not spray near naked flame, hot surfaces or energized equipment. Use with adequate ventilation

Directions of Use

Shake can well before use. Clean thoroughly and dry the surface to be coated before application of this coating. Mask area not to be sprayed. Spray from 12-15 inches away in light, even coats with a sweeping action of the hand. Allow solvents to evaporate completely before reapplication. Additional coats for heavy film can be applied when first coat is dry. Coating becomes dry to touch in about 20-30 minutes. Clean the valve by inverting the can and spraying a few short bursts till only the clear propellant comes out. Clean the actuator button orifice by means of a thin, fine wire.

Handling

Read instructions on the container label of the product before use. The product safety data sheet (SDS) contains the relevant information regarding PPE, safe use, and physical & health hazards. Safety data sheet is available from MRO INFRA or your local MRO INFRA Channel Partner.

General

Use in well ventilated areas. Avoid continuous breathing of vapour and spray mist. In closed areas or areas with poor ventilation, use respiratory protection. For complete details on safety, short and long term exposure, refer to this product’s safety data sheet (SDS).
