Who do we work with?

We work with people who are energetic, ambitious and hungry for success and growth. They should have an eagerness to understand and market new technologically advanced products. They must be new or existing entrepreneurs who are technically sound & running successful small / medium business of Supply / Supply & Apply in Projects, preferably dealing in industrial consumables not having major competing range. They should have good contacts and business relationships with Industries (public and private), Government bodies etc. in the targeted territory.

As a MRO INFRA Channel Partner, they will be acting as an ambassador for MRO INFRA and our core values of trust, teamwork and grit.

How we work with partners?

MRO INFRA LLP will provide Technical Backup, Marketing Collaterals and Training on time to time basis. MRO INFRA will train you and it is mandatory for every Channel Partner and their sales person to undergo training with MRO INFRA every year.

We allot TERRITORY & CUSTOMERS and CP should be able to manage approximately 15 to 50 dedicated key customers with proper follow up process in place. These customers will be allocated after doing the reference check. CP will be allotted end customer wise target and will be monitored on monthly basis. The end customers who are not justified by CP may be allotted to another CP with mutual consent. We will be also annually awarding the top performing Channel Partners.

CHANNEL PARTNER REQUIREMENTS

Every CP has to submit a Yearly Business Plan as per format provided by MRO INFRA LLP. Every CP should give minimum annual business of INR 36,00,000/- in the assigned customers. The exact target will be agreed upon separately depending on the market size and business potential. CP has to send their end-user sales statement to MRO INFRA LLP every month.

They must have adequate infrastructure (Office, computer, warehouse, manpower, etc.)

CP should either have or employ dedicated manpower for sales and/or application processes to manage business operations smoothly. The exact number of persons required in the field of sales, technical services, logistics etc. will be agreed upon with MRO INFRA LLP after assessing business potential in allotted customers.

CP should allocate dedicated person/s for day to day communication with MRO INFRA LLP.

INVESTMENT AND INVENTORY

Payment will be 100% advance against Proforma Invoice. CP should be able to invest and maintain minimum inventory of INR 5,00,000/-or as per requirement to service allotted customers. Minimum billing amount for every dispatch will be Rs. 25,000/- + GST. Goods will be billed in case packing only.

CHANNEL PARTNER AUTHORIZATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE ISSUED ON AGREEMENT AND FULFILLMENT OF ABOVE MENTIONED CONDITIONS.
