For lubrication of anti-friction and journal bearings under very severe operating conditions of wear, friction, heat, humidity, loads, and high stress.

Non-drip, non-melt bearing grease for high-temperature lubrication of overhead conveyor bearings in lithography, paint stoving ovens, curing booths, automotive assembly lines, ceramic, rubber, latex processing, pharmaceutical, bakery, vulcanizing, textile and glass plants.

For lubrication of plain and anti-friction bearings of heavy engineering equipment, processing machines, textile machinery, pumps, mining and construction equipment, EOT cranes, and material handling equipment.

Steel Mill & Foundries: Bearings in soot blowers, furnace door hinges, hot running bearings in axle boxes and kiln cars, furnace louver pins and bushings, pusher mechanisms, hot strip mills, bloom and billet mill roller bearings, crop car wheel and hot metal mixer bearings, open hearth furnaces, converters, ladles.

For lubrication of anti-friction and plain bearings of pre-heater fans, electrical motors, induced draft fans, ovens, pumps, mixers, furnaces, paper mill machinery, and sugar plants.

By normal greasing methods of filling greases i.e. by brush, grease guns or centralized lubricant dispensing systems. Pack bearing as per manufacturer’s instructions. Remove old grease or residues before using this grease. This non-soap-based grease is not compatible with other greases or conventional lubricants and should not be mixed with any other oils or grease.

All used and unused product should be disposed of in accordance with state regulations.
